Erik’s journey in real estate is more than just a profession—it’s a lifelong passion. Graduating from the University of Maryland-College Park in 2015, Erik embarked on his real estate journey at Marcus and Millichap in Brooklyn, specializing in Industrial Real Estate. However, Erik’s heart remained tied to his New Jersey roots, prompting his return in 2016 to team up with Brett Sikora and become the inaugural member of The Align Team.
In addition to his role at Align, Erik is also the Co-Founder and Partner at Berry Lane Partners. Since 2016, he and his brother have successfully completed over 15 rehab projects, flips, short term AirBnB rentals, and long term rentals from Atlantic City to Northern New Jersey. This hands-on experience equips Erik with unparalleled insights, enabling him to guide clients through estimating rehab costs, navigating the construction process, and conducting deal analyses.

Proudly serving as the Broker Manager for Align’s Hoboken office on 6th St, Erik brings his expertise and enthusiasm to every interaction. Outside of work, he enjoys snowboarding, softball, and exploring new destinations.
